1. License to You

HLR grants you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your own non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

2. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• break any law or regulation;
• access, scrape, or hack any part of the Service not intended for you;
• infringe HLR’s or any third party’s intellectual-property rights;
• transmit viruses or malicious code;
• misuse future user-generated-content features (e.g., offensive or unlawful posts).

3. Intellectual Property

All content (recipes, software, text, graphics, trademarks, etc.) is owned by HLR or its licensors and protected by U.S. and Canadian laws. No rights are transferred except as expressly stated here.

4. Subscription & Payment

The Service offers a 7-day free trial. Unless you cancel before day 7, your card will be charged US $29.97 for 12 months. The plan auto-renews annually at US $29.97 until cancelled. See “Subscription Disclosures” for full details.

5. Disclaimers

The Service and all content are provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind. Recipes and nutritional data are for information only and are not medical advice. See the full Health Disclaimer posted at disclaimer.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HLR will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. HLR’s total aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Governing Law

U.S. users: New York law governs.
Canadian users: The laws of your province and Canada govern.
All disputes shall be brought in the state or federal courts of New York County, NY, or the courts of Ontario, Canada, as applicable.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
